Double sided panels provide the most rigid and stable support for painting. A core material is sandwiched by 2 facing materials (front & back) resulting in a lighter and stronger structure.

Tight-cell aluminum honeycomb core is sandwiched by two epoxy fiberglass facings resulting in a lighter and stronger structure.
There are six different edge treatments for Fiberglass Honeycomb Panels - epoxy filled (P-HFa), wood edge with V Groove (P-HFb), wood edge (P-HFc), angled aluminum edge with wood filler (P-HFd), wrapped around wood edge (P-HFe), and wood edge with built in cleat (P-HFf).
