Order Information

Your order can be placed with any of the following methods. Regardless of what method you use to place the order, estimate will be sent for your review. Estimate MUST be confirmed in written form. Order confirmation will be sent to acknowledge the order has been put into production.

Please clearly indicate item numbers, quantity, product descriptions, shipping and billing address, and method of payment when ordering.

Associates are available to take your order Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm EST. New customers must prepay by credit card for the first order and pay 50% for the second order. All subsequent orders over $1,000 must have a 50% deposit to begin production. For prompt service, please have your order and credit card ready when you call.

Expediting Services

Expediting services are available upon request. Rush orders MUST be placed in written form. Please clearly indicate item numbers, quantity, product descriptions, shipping and billing address, and method of payment when ordering.

Not all rush orders can be fulfilled. It will depend on the quantity and the complexity of requirements. Please contact us.

Same day service must be placed before 9:30 am EST. Next day service must be placed before 10:00 am EST. Orders that are placed after the required time will not be processed.

Date of completion is determined by business day.

2 Working Day Service: 30%

Lead Time

Our lead time is approximately 11 - 20 business days depending on the quantity and services requested.

Method of Payment

All payments must be in U.S. funds. We accept Mastercard, VISA, American Express Card, check or money order. Check and money order must be received prior to shpping or delivery if you do not have an open account with us. Please make check payable to Simon Liu, Inc. There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned check.

For orders over $1,000.00, a 50% deposit is required. Check or money order must be received prior to production.

Gift Certificate

A gift certificate is always a great gift. To order a gift certificate, provide us with the amount you wish to spend, the name and address of the recipient as well as any special instructions. We can send the gift certificate to the recipient or directly to you.

To use a gift certificate, simply present the gift certificate when ordering.
