Associates are available to take your order Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. New customers must prepay by credit card for the first order and pay 50% for the second order. All subsequent orders over $1,000 must have a 50% deposit to begin production. For prompt service, please have your order and credit card ready when you call.

Order by Fax
Please fax your order to: 718-567-2015. If writing out your order by hand, please print clearly. We do not routinely confirm fax orders. However, we will contact you if the fax transmission is unclear.

When ordering by fax, email or mail, please clearly indicate item numbers, product descriptions, shipping and billing address, and method of payment.

Order by Internet
Click on Order Form and follow instruction. We do not routinely confirm internet order. For returning customers, we will contact you if we have questions about your order. For new customers, we will contact you for method of payment. Do not provide credit card information through an internet order.

Please send required payments to ensure that an order goes into production.

Placing Rush Orders
Rush orders are available upon request. To avoid any confusion, rush orders can only be ordered by written form. All rush orders should be calculated using business days. Same day service must be placed before 10:00 am and next day service must be placed before 11:00 am EST depending on the order. Same day and next day orders processed after the required time will be completed on the following business day.

Same Day Service: 100%
Next Day Service: 50%
Three Day Service: 40%
4 - 7 Day Service: 35%
8 - 10 Day Service: 25%

Turn-Around-Time
Our normal production turn-around-time is about 15 - 20 business days depending on quantity and services requested.

Method of Payment
All payments must be in U.S. funds. We accept all major credit cards, checks or money orders (make checks payable to Simon Liu Inc). There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks. For orders over $1,000.00, a 50% deposit is required.

To qualify for state sales tax exemption, Simon Liu Inc. must receive a copy of your tax exemption certificate with your order, or have a copy on file.

Minimum Charge
$35.00 minimum charge on stretching artwork.
$20.00 minimum charge on custom-made stretchers. Minimum charge does not apply to strainer stretcher.

Gift Certificate
A gift certificate is always a great gift. To order a gift certificate, provide us with the amount you wish to spend, the name and address of the recipient as well as any special instructions. We can send the gift certificate to the recipient or directly to you.
