Sales Tax

If billing and or shipping addresses are within the State of New York, all purchases are subjected to NY Sales Tax unless you are qualified for tax exemption. If billing and shipping addresses are both outside the State of New York, purchases are not subjected to NY Sales Tax.

Tax Exemption

If you are qualified for tax exemption, please contact us and request a ST-120 form. you must fill out the form and return it along with a copy of the actual State Resale Certificate of Authority. When filling out the ST-120 form, you must enter a valid registration number. Imporperly filling out the form and or returning without an actual copy of State Resale Certificate of Authority will be subjected to sales tax.
