Shipping
We ship our goods and products through a variety of reliable and economical carriers. Shipping, handling and insurance charges are approximately 15 - 20% of the total order. xMost shipping carriers do not deliver to PO boxes, so please make sure you include a complete street address. There is a $18.00 minimum charge on shipping and handling. Shipping costs may vary based on weight, size and destination of the order. Overnight, Second-Day and Third-Day services are available for an additional charge.

We ship international orders via UPS International. Recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and other taxes levied by the country of destination.

Please inspect all shipments upon receipt of goods. It is your responsibility to note any damage on all copies of delivery receipt. Must be signed by driver and consignee. Immediately advise carrier of damage and request carrier inspection. Save carton and all packing material for inspection. Do not remove from premises before inspection is made.

Notify carrier at once and request inspection. Do not write to us. Carrier and Simon Liu, Inc. are not responsible unless damage is reported immediately and carton is retained. If this precaution is not taken, Simon Liu, Inc. cannot assist you in recovering the amount of claim against carrier. Retain copy of inspection report and send a copy of inspection report to:

Transportation and Holding of Artwork
Simon Liu Inc. is a manufacturer of high quality painting supports. It is not an art mover nor is it insured for the transportation of artworks. In addition, Simon Liu Inc. is not a storage facility and therefore is not insured for artworks that are in its possession. All artworks must be insured by the client.

Simon Liu Inc. will hold an artwork free of charge during the current production time. Anytime thereafter, Simon Liu Inc. reserves the right charge a holding fee until the artwork leaves the premises.

Please be advised that if artwork is to be picked up or delivered by Simon Liu Inc. Deliveries must be scheduled ahead of time, and there is no guarantee that Simon Liu Inc. will have immediate openings for pick up or delivery. Pick up and delivery of stretched Artwork and rolled artwork is $75.00.

Packing
We ship our stretchers unassembled. If necessary, we can build a crate for large size stretchers or panels that need to ship in one piece. Please call for rates. To ship small size panels, extra packing materials will be used to avoid any damages. Additional packing cost will be added.

Truck Delivery in NYC
Brooklyn and Manhattan delivery is $35.00 for dock or curbside, and $45.00 for above ground. Additional fee may apply for large quantity and oversized items. Long distance delivery within New York City varies and is based on distance, quantity and weight. Deliveries must be scheduled ahead of time.

The maximum dimensions of our delivery truck are 96" H. x 110" L. Stretchers that are exceeded the maximum dimensions will be delivered unassembled, and stretched canvases will be delivered folded. Assembling and unfolding services are available for $75.00 per techanician per hour. Art mover pick up can also be arranged upon request.

Minimum Charge
