Return & Exchange Policy

All clearance items purchased either in-store or online are not returable or exchangeable.

Stock items can be exchanged or returned to Simon's Art Supplies within 14 days of purchase with receipt. All items must be unused, wrapped in its original packing, and in resellable condition. Please note that customer is responsible for return shipping cost. For order over $50.00 and or dimension of package is over 40" x 5" x 5" will be subject to 15% restocking fee, unless the return is due to company error. If through our error we supply incorrect items, you may exchange for correct items within 30 days of purchase.

Unauthroized returns will not be credited. Please properly pack and insure return items so a claim can be filed with a carrier if damage occurs during return shipment. No refund will be eligible when returned items are damaged.

Condition

Natural materials such as wood, linen and cotton are susceptible to warping, bowing, and natural wear and tear. This can be caused by climate conditions and other external factors.

Simon's Art Supplies cannot be responsible for warped and damaged products that are kept in less than ideal conditions and that are misused and improperly maintained.
