Air Shipment

Consumer orders within the 48 contiguous states will ship by FedEx Home or Express, USPS or Service by Air within 1 - 2 business days of receipt for in-stock items. Overnight, 2 Day or 3 Day services are available upon request for an additional charge. Most shipping carriers do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a complete street address when ordering.

Shipping costs vary based on weight, size, services, and destination of the order. The shipping cost shown at check out is an estimate only. You will be notified with the final shipping cost prior to shipment.

Truck Delivery

Delivery to Manhattan, Brooklyn, and some parts of Queens is $35.00 for curb side drop off or $45.00 for above ground delivery. Beyond 100th Street in Manhattan, $45.00 for curb side drop off or $55.00 for above ground delivery. Delivery must be scheduled ahead of time.

In the event that you miss your delivery twice, we may be able to arange a 3rd delivery attempt with a further delivery charge.

International Shipping

Some items cannot ship outsite of United States. This included any hazardous or flammable materials. Notification will be given if this applies.

International orders will be shipped by International Priority Mail or FedEx. Recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees. These fees cannot be estimated prior to shipping. You will be notified with the final shipping cost prior to shipment. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

Damaged package

In the event that your package is damaged during transportation. Notify carrier at once and request inspection. Do not write to us. Carrier, Simon's Art Supplies and Simon Liu, Inc. are not responsible unless damage is reported immediately and carton is retained. If this precaution is not taken, Simon's Art Supplies and Simon Liu, Inc. cannot assist you in recovering the amount of claim against carrier. Retain copy of inspection report and send a copy of inspection report to:

Back Order on Stock Items

We do our best to supply all items listed on our website and in our catalog, although availability is sometimes affected by scarcities or long lead time in manufacturing. We will backorder if stock items are temporarily out of stock. It is difficult to estimate an exact lead-time of availabilities since we partially depend on our suppliers. Backordered items will be charged once the items are available.

Back order will automatically cancel after 90 day of purchase.
