Holbein Dammar Gum
A soft, natural white resin which dissolves easily at normal temperatures in spirits of turpentine or petroleum. It dissolves in drying oil by heating. Offering a glossy light-colored film, it can be used as a medium for oil color and as an agent in varnish, tempera and adhesives. Melting point 160º - 170º C. Softening point 75º - 100º.

Holbein Quick Drying Medium

Holbein Sun Thicken Linseed Oil
Still made by the orthodox method of exposure to the sun for prolonged periods. Its increased viscosity improves drying, leveling and protective characteristics. Used for oil medium, varnishes and glazes, it may be diluted with turpentine or petroleum oils.

Holbein Sun Thicken Poppy Oil
A type of glossing oil made from condensed poppy oil. Try to mix oil colors with this oil alone, without the combined use of other mediums, and the result will be a painting of such high gloss as to appear similar to enamels. Holbein White Mat Varnish
