Design

Clear epoxy-coated aluminum panel with a honeycomb core.

Materials

Aluminum. Maple and cherry wood veneers are in stock to cradle. (Other wood available sourced.)

Panel Profile

Can be constructed using different edge treatments (see below).

Our Aluminum Honeycomb Panels

Our Aluminum Honeycomb Art Panels provide exceptionally rigid and stable supports for painting. 

Our version is comprised of a lightweight and durable aluminum honeycomb core with a clear epoxy coating.

Edge Treatments

Edge treatments also known as the panel profile (shown below) include — wood edge with a v groove, wood edge, aluminum angled edge with a wood fill, wrapped around wooden edge, and a wood edge with a built in cleat. You dream it, we can make it!

Features

Sheets are available in 4’ x 8’ & 5’ x 10’. Depths of 1/4’’ or 1/2’’ with a 3/8’’ cell size are in stock. Additional maple and cherry wood veneers or cradling available upon request in addition to other specialty wood available to be sourced. For larger sizes, we specialize in accommodating requests using an undetectable seam, in addition to organic shapes.
